The VMware ILT support process has changed
EDU ILT support cases are now serviced through the Broadcom support platform, please use the info and link below to open a new case if you are experiencing technical issues related your ILT course delivery.
Required fields
- Contact info: First Name, Last Name, Company, Address, Country, City Postal Code/ZIP code, email address, Telephone Number.
- Case Type: Choose “Education: Instructor-led Training”
- Component: Choose the category that best describes your issue.
- Content: Anything inside the vAPP
- Platform: Suspect issues with VLP or Cloud Back-end such as performance issues
- Administration: Customer swaps, resets, instructor updates, class changes, etc.
- Course Type: Choose the course you are delivering, if unlisted, choose closest match and specify in comments.
- Priority: Choose an appropriate priority, please choose medium or low for issues that do not require immediate attention.
- Summary: Enter a short summary of your issue.
- Description: Provide details, troubleshooting steps performed, or other info applicable to the case.
